Welcome to Alignora, a digital platform connecting coaches, guides, healers, and other professionals ("Creators") with users seeking personal growth and transformational services ("Users").
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Alignora (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Alignora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Receive tips or compensation from Users
Users may browse, purchase, and engage with content or services provided by Creators.
Alignora acts solely as a platform provider and does not offer coaching or guidance services directly.
4. Payments and Fees
Alignora may use a coin or credit system to facilitate transactions.
Creators earn revenue from purchases, tips, or subscriptions.
Alignora retains a platform fee (displayed in your Creator dashboard).
All transactions are processed through third-party providers. You agree to their terms and acknowledge that Alignora is not liable for payment issues.
Payouts: Creators must provide valid payment information. Earnings will be paid out according to our payout schedule and subject to local tax laws and verification requirements.
5. Content Guidelines
Creators are responsible for all content they post or share. Content must not:
Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights
Contain hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Include illegal, misleading, or offensive material
Alignora reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
6. Licensing and Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Alignora a limited license to display and distribute it within the Platform.
All Alignora branding, design, software, and features are owned by Alignora Innovations LLC and protected under applicable laws.
7. Refunds and Disputes
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Users with concerns may contact support at [support@alignora.com]. Alignora reserves the right to resolve disputes at its discretion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Exploit, harass, or deceive other Users or Creators

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Alignora provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or results of any content or service offered by Creators.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Alignora may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
